NFL 3 CONE

Players start in a three-point stance in front of three cones that are set up in a triangle or L-shape, with  each cone 5 yards apart. They then sprint 5 yards to one cone, sprint back to the starting cone, and head back to the second cone where they run around it and cut right to the third cone. The players then run a circle around the third cone from the inside to the outside and run around the second cone before returning to the first cone.

Instructions:

Players start in a three-point stance in front of three cones that are set up in a triangle or L-shape, with  each cone 5 yards apart. From the start/finish line, the first movement is a sprint 5 yards to the first cone, then sprinting back to the start finish line - in this phase of the drill the play is required to touch the line at each turn. The athlete then reverses direction to the first cone again, cuts sharply to the right accelerating in a circle around the third cone from the inside to the outside. Finally the athlete cuts sharply to the left where they accelerate through the start/finish line.
